Abstract: In this work a quantum application framework has been proposed to design applications on a quantum computer. The framework is scalable and makes software design more flexible and easily debugable. It also helps in providing reliable results and ensures security in applications. Qubits cannot be replicated and it is not possible for information theft using the same. The quantum application framework reduces processing time and memory consumption by 32% and 34% respectively, compared to conventional Machine learning frameworks.
