Abstract: The study explains the role of ethical values, care-based solutions and human centered technologies in bringing compassionate innovation and enhancing the social outcomes. The quantitative method is used to study the data of the research: data have been collected by the means of a structured questionnaire, which included 200 respondents, and they were analyzed by using the SPSS tools: the mean, standard deviation, correlation, and regression. By the findings, it is possible to say that care-based approaches and ethical principles can be used to a great extent in the design and realization of new technologies, and human-centered technologies might have a positive impact on social life and community building. Also, positive and significant correlation was found between positive ethical innovation practices and sustainable social impact. These results suggest that the ethically, emphatically and human-based innovation can positively influence the development that is both inclusive and sustainable. The study concludes that the implementation of compassion, ethical responsibility and participatory strategies in the process of innovation are essential in creating the socially responsible and sustainable technological systems.
