Here we propose video compression using Global System for Mobile communications and Satellite Telemetry. Various devices exist that transmit videos and images through GSM network. Transmission through satellite telemetry like INMARSAT, INSAT is also done. Video compression using these technologies can help in speedy data transmission with little or no loss at the reception. These compression techniques will be useful to prevent excessive bandwidth consumption and optimal utility of current systems.
